Australia Post seems to be No. 1 Postal Administration which has brought out most beautiful philatelic items on Christmas for stamp lovers. This year's Christmas stamps of Australia feature three themes: iconic figures from the Nativity, familiar symbols of the Christmas season and creatures from Christmas Island.
The Nativity issue features the Virgin Mary cradling her newborn son on the 50c stamp, while the $1.25 design depicts the three Magi or Wise Men, Caspar, Melchior and Balthazar offering precious gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh to baby Jesus.
