Hi ! Polish Post will issue a new Souvenir sheet today to commemorate World Philatelic Exhibition Portugal 2010, going to be held in Lisban from 1 to 10 October 2010. Mr Dhirubhai Mehta is National Commissioner for India. The entries for this exhibition have been finalized and selected participants have been informed. Here I share a special cover issued during Dharamshala District Philatelic Exhibition which I received quite late. With this cover, HP Circle issued 3 special cover this year during district level philatelic exhibitions held in Shimla, Kullu and Dharamshala.
