Hi ! As we are aware that the Bicentenary of the Birth of Louis Braille is being celebrated this year. Many postal administrations have brought out stamps to commemorate Loui Braille. Here is the recent stamp issued by Kazakhstan on 26 March 2009. commemorating 200 years of the Birth of Louis Braille. Louis Braille is the favourite theme of the year 2009. Like Louis Braille, Astronomy is another popular theme of this year as 2009 is globally celbrated as International Year of Astronomy. Here are two nice issues from France and Kazakhstan.
